Many professionals (groomers, veterinary technicians, show people, and even veterinarians) deal with skin issues but are often not familiar with the basic science of hair and skin. This class is designed to go over the basic science of hair and skin, different coat types and their needs, and how products that we use on our pets function. This basic information will be eye-opening in explaining why we often have skin issues (successes or failures) and why we get the results we do when we bathe our pets.
